See CARRFLEX® Future Banner Premium at Visual Impact Expo, Sydney

Attending the Visual Impact Expo at Sydney Showground next month? We’d like to invite you to see CARRFLEX® Future Banner Premium, our 210gsm grey-back, PVC-free banner media running live on HP’s stand every day of the show.

CARRFLEX® Future Banner Premium is a polyester-based fabric with a water-based coating, offering excellent durability and dimensional stability with no PVC or phthalate plasticizers. Supplied in 3.2m × 100m rolls and printable with Latex, UV and Eco Solvent inks, it’s built for indoor and outdoor use.

Seeing the material run is the real test. A specification sheet can’t show you how it prints, handles and finishes; the HP stand can.

Where:

  • Visual Impact Sydney
  • HP — Stand A1
  • Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park

When it’s in production:

  • 10am–2pm daily,
  • Wednesday 2 to Friday 4 September 2026

Four things we would encourage you to consider while you’re there:

  • Printability. Colour density, sharpness and consistency across large flat areas are the real test of any banner substrate and exactly the kind of work the HP printer will be producing on it.
  • Weldability. It accepts a clean hot-air weld, so hems and seams pass through your existing finishing process with no change of method or equipment.
  • Weight and applications. At 210gsm it’s suited to billboards as well as general indoor and outdoor banner work.
  • Sustainability. A PVC-free substrate you can see performing commercially, not just described on a datasheet.

We will follow up after the show with the full story, but the material running in front of you is the part worth turning up for.
